Special Considerations for Group Leaders
(Pricing is based on a minimum of 7 guests and 1 staff member)
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT, TERMS & DISCOUNTS:
1. An initial 45 % deposit is due at signing of this agreement to reserve your trip dates.
2. Balance in full is due no less than 60 days prior to departure based on current booking and staff members.
3. Mongolia Trekking is pleased to offer the following discounts:
GL discount for 1-2 bookings per trip will be 8% off the 2012 trip cost per person, double occupancy.
4. GL discount for 3-5 bookings per trip will be 11% off the 2012 trip cost per person, double occupancy.
5. GL discount for 6-11 or more bookings per trip will be 14% off the 2012 trip cost per person, double occupancy.
6. GL will circulate all appropriate literature and return signed release forms to Mongolia Trekking no less than 60 days from departure.
7. For a larger group Mongolia Trekking will offer up two of your staff members all transportation and food at no charge - 20% off the 2012 trip cost per person, double occupancy.
If minimum group size of 7 is not met, GL’s discount will be as follows: 5% 1-2 guest, 10% for 3-4 guests, 12% for 5-6 guests.
. Upon receiving 45% deposit of gross billing, we will send you a generic pre-departure trip package via E-mail for your guests, including a letter of confirmation and equipment list. Medical & release papers must be completed, signed and returned for each guest and staff before the journey sdtarts at Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

The quote included: All internal flights, transport within Mongolia, twin occupancy accommodation in tourism standard hotel ( single accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost), Ger-camp accommodation in the countryside while where specified, all camping facilities sharing two person tents on backcountry trips, full trek service including guides, cooks, drivers, local supporting staff and including cost of equipment, three meals a day and plus afternoon tea whilst on trek, all sightseeing costs and entrance fees, camel or horse hire where specified, comprehensive medical kit.

The quote not included: International airfares, cost of visa, travel Insurance, airport tax, extra baggage charge excess of 15 kgs in domestic flights, alcoholic drinks, camera or video recorder fees, gratuities, deposit money transfer fees, the items of personal nature and hotel refreshments, laundry, telephone calls etc...

TRAVELERS’ INSURANCE: Mongolia Trekking strongly recommends that G.L’s and his clients to have a travelers insurance cards. This card helps you to have the document to hand in case of luggage loss, injury or other health problems. Mongolia Trekking also offers a full refund if you cancel the trip at any time for medical or health reasons.

WEATHER/MECHANICAL CLAUSE: Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed. There will be no refunds, full or partial, due to poor weather, leaving a trip early, or arriving late. For your safety, we reserve the right to change or reschedule any trip or activity due to unforeseen weather or mechanical difficulties. In the event of delay or cancellation by Mongolia Trekking due to weather or mechanical reasons exceeding 36 hours from normal time of departure, a full credit voucher will be issued for use on future Mongolia Trekking trips. Mongolia Trekking is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by GL guests or staff in preparing for the trip (e.g., non-refundable, advance purchase air tickets, equipment, hotels, medical expenses, etc.)
Date and time cancellation privileges expire with no refund.

Trip cost is payable via wire transfer through banks. Mongolia Trekking do not accept credit cards and checks.
